Christ Embassy Partners Donate Blood to Save Lives

Christ Embassy partners donate blood to save lives!

Christ Embassy partners, in conjunction with the Trauma Care International Foundation (TCIF) – an NGO under the auspices of the Healing School of Christ Embassy, recently hosted a voluntary blood drive in Lagos, Nigeria. The Drive, which is one of the life-changing projects of the TCIF, is a response to the dire need for safe blood transfusion for patients in many hospitals across the nation.

One of the first donors was the Zonal Pastor of Christ Embassy Lagos Zone 3, Pastor Femi Otenigbagbe, who stated that this is a demonstration of the message we preach, “When you donate blood, you are saving lives. The Gospel we preach is for salvation - to save lives spiritually and to save lives physically.”

Blood collected from donors will be given free-of-charge to patients in beneficiary hospitals including the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), as well as the following medical institutions in Ogun State, Nigeria: General Hospital Sango-Ota; General Hospital, Ifo; General Hospital, Ijaiye; Sacred Heart Hospital, Abeokuta; Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta; Ogun State School Of Midwifery; Oba Ademola Hospital, Abeokuta; Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu; and, Babcock University Medical School.
