Delegates at the International Media Connectors’ Conference were exposed to diverse skills development workshops to better equip them as digital evangelists. Social media content strategy, branding, client data privacy and GDPR were a few subjects covered on the second day of the conference.
In the video above, one of the facilitators at the conference emphasized the importance of perception in sales, as he majored on the subject of sales and branding. “Value is perception of an emotional satisfaction; in true sense, clients buy an emotion and not a product,” he said to the audience.
